The Pinecrest Suite is a 784 sq. ft. two bedroom,
one and a half bath, with a full service kitchen, completely furnished
apartment. Each bedroom provides a queen bed with luxurious
bedding and the living room has a queen pull out sofa,
thus accommodating six persons, comfortably.
The suite is inviting, private, clean, comfortable and newly furnished.
- DVD player and cable provided
- Gourmet Coffee and tea are provided.
- This suite is non-smoking (no exceptions allowed, a cleaning
charge of $250 will be assessed to violators of this policy)
- Private parking with elevator access to the Suite
- Short driving or walking distance to grocery store, shopping and restaurants
- Laundry facilities on site
- Maid and linen service provided
- Clothes Laundry Service available upon request (1 person/$10
per week & a additional $5 per person)
Rates:
Nightly Rate: $75 + tax
Weekly Rate: $450 + tax
Monthly Rate: $1000 + tax ($500 deposit required)
Cash, checks and credit cards accepted - guests are required to pay in advance. Cancellation policy: All reservations must be paid in advance. Refunds allowed with 24 hour advance notice. If no or inadequate notice is given of cancellation, one night's rate + tax will be deducted from deposit.
