·         9:05 a.m. – Board of Equalization – Permissive Exemption review for American Lutheran Church; review/decided protest on the assessor’s Notice of Intent to Tax on 7 parcels for the City of Fairbury, tax list corrections – Mary Banahan, assessor.

Items are automatically approved when the consent agenda is approved unless an item is REMOVED by a Commissioner or any member of the public. Removed items will be placed under New Business for action by the County Board.

·         10:15 a.m. – Mark Schoenrock – Blue Valley Community Action Impact Report

·         10:30 a.m. – Peggy Galloway, diversion director – review application for opioid settlement funds through Region V for diversion and truancy, review/sign CB/EB 24-CB-0516 special conditions award of an additional $10,000

·         11:00 a.m. –

·         Approve claims/payroll

·         12:00 noon – Lunch break
