Located just off of Highway 15 in Fairbury, Nebraska, Heritage Care Center became the first skilled nursing facility in the Vetter Health Services family in 1975. It has a long history of providing high-quality care and services, plus a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Heritage Care Center can accommodate up to 100 residents, with both private and semi-private rooms available. Living options vary according to individual needs and include: Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Short-Term Rehab/Sub Acute Care, Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care, and Adult Day Care Services. The facility also offers respite care.

In addition, Heritage Care Center offers many amenities and services for improved quality of life. These include: physical, occupational, speech, and outpatient therapies, a variety of planned activities and outings, Chapel services, a beauty/barber shop, restorative programs, and hospice services. The facility is Medicare certified. Resident transportation services are also available for those needing to go to the store, appointments, etc.
